The beers we brew constantly evolve. This means we always have new flavors to keep our customers and ourselves excited about farm-fresh beer. With hops and grain grown at Jubilee Farm and sourced locally, our beer is quintessentially of this place. Flavors from our small corner of the world. We focus on young and sessionable farm ales, with an unwavering goal to put the freshest and most vibrant beer in your glass. Rustic yet refined.

Packaged primarily in returnable bottles for local consumption, our products are always unfiltered and naturally carbonated.

Historic Crush Pad

– Farmhand Ale 3% ABV -

Named after a slab of concrete, this is our go-to farmhand crusher. Brewed with pale malt, farm-grown winter wheat, and a delicate blend of hops. This small saison is light-bodied and dry with hints of lemon rind and pepper.


Winter Crush Pad

– Dark Farmhand Ale 3% ABV -

A darker take on the flagship Historic Crush Pad, our Winter Crush Pad is a sessionable dark ale. The kind of beverage to keep us going through the cold days. Brewed with crystal and chocolate malts alongside pale malt and farm-grown winter wheat. 


Godsorten

– Baltic Farmhouse Ale 3.5% ABV -

The Good Sort. We use a Northern European farmhouse yeast and European-style hops alongside pilsner malt and soft red Jubilee wheat to bring notes of the old world and flavors of our own land. Crisp, herbal and classic.


cedarsorten

– Winter Baltic Ale 3.5% ABV -

Taking inspiration from traditional Scandinavian farm brewing, we use small branches of cedar from our own farm in the brewhouse. This imparts unique and delicious herbal flavors that complement the pilsner-style hops, creating a bold and very special winter ale.


Frontier Farm

– American Farmhouse 4% ABV -

Frontier is our hop-forward farmhouse ale. A unique blend of American hops and farmhouse yeast lend tropical and citrus notes to a backdrop of fruity esters. This one is balanced and approachable yet bursting with flavor.


Moonlite

– Black Ale 4% ABV -

This roasted black ale is made for sipping on a dock while watching a moon rise. Brewed with chocolate malt, pale malt, and local oats. Bold roast flavors and subtle notes of dark berry.


Miami sunrise

– Fantasy Farmhouse 3.5% ABV -

A tropical farmhouse ale to take you to a beach that may be just out of reach. Brewed with light malt and a vibrant combination of hops and yeast to bring delicate flavors of tropical fruit. The perfect substitute for a cocktail under a palm tree. Grenadine optional.

This is our fancy beer.

Spontaneous. Slowly fermented in oak.

ACE of Base

~ Spontaneous Beer 5% ABV ~

A foundational spontaneous ale, slow-fermented in French oak wine barrels. This is our base spon, brewed by traditional Lambic methods. No yeast is pitched in this beer. The fermentation is the result of wild microflora present in the air on the farm, eventually residing also in the wood of the barrels and the rafters of the brewery.

A little sour, a little funky, a lot fancy.


KRiekside

~ Spontaneous Cherry Ale 5% ABV ~

Spontaneous ale refermented on Maryland Montmorency cherries. This kriek has, after a long, natural fermentation in oak wine barrels, then been allowed to rest on local sour cherries for a few months.

Vinous, tart, with notes of wood and cherry.
